Josh and Emily lead Noel Legacy with hands-on experience in logistics, dispatch, and customer service. Their shared focus is straightforward: understand each customer’s needs, communicate clearly, and coordinate every shipment with care.
Josh brings a background in airline and warehouse operations, along with cross-country delivery experience. Emily brings customer service experience and helps coordinate dispatch, keeping customers and drivers connected throughout the process.
